Training
When providing training to our customers, our goal is to ensure proper knowledge transfer from instructor to student. We aim to leave the student with the tools that allows them to review, reference, and practice what they have learned in our training courses.
Training and Execution
The ZPro team has a highly skilled training group performing process and role-based training. A detailed class curriculum is developed for students to use during class and keep for reference later. The training includes section overviews, screenshots, step-by-step activities, and exercises to assist students with their daily functions. The classes are available in the following formats:
Classroom
ZPro will provide formal Maximo training in a classroom setting led by an experienced Maximo instructor with a typical 8:1 student ratio to ensure each student receives enough one-on-one time with the instructor as needed.
Web-based
An experienced Maximo instructor from ZPro will provide training, discussion forums, and practice materials in a virtual format where students can participate remotely.
Over the Shoulder
This training is performed in a more informal setting with a single student or a small group. This training type could include an abbreviated curriculum such as guides or cheat sheets and typically covers a particular topic.
