Zeeshan Tariq is the CEO and Principal Technical Consultant of ZPro Solutions. Zeeshan founded ZPro Solutions (Previously known as ZproCis Solutions) in 2016 by forming an alliance between his company EAM Consulting and CrossRhodes Consulting. Zeeshan has over 22 years of reputable experience in Enterprise Asset Management and Information Technology and has been involved in many comprehensive Enterprise Asset Management initiatives within both the public and private sectors. He also maintains proficiency in functional and technical client support from Project Planning to Support phases. His leadership and depth of expertise extend across various industries: transportation, IT, aerospace, power generation, utilities, water, pharmaceuticals, and manufacture. As the CEO, he enables his team to discover their strengths and excel collaboratively.
Michael Hanscom carries over two decades of experience as a Senior Solutions Architect for many large-scale projects. As the ZPro Solutions Director of Consulting Services, Michael leads our Consulting Team to achieve project goals and exceed client expectations. He has performed work in the following maintenance industries: rail, highway, airport, power generation, water and gas agencies, facilities management, and discrete manufacturing. His commendable and robust leadership skills make him a vital asset to the ZPro Solutions team. He also plays a prominent role in guiding ZPro Solutions to develop policies, procedures, and innovative strategies to increase revenue and pave the way to success.
Bob Keeley joined the ZPro Solutions team during 2020 as our Director of Business Development & Partner Alliances and now also manages our Operations Team. As a Business Development, Sales and Delivery Professional with more than 25 years of success providing creative solutions and leadership on projects in the public, private and non-profit sectors Bob brings an extensive background in planning and executing complex solutions, directing and supervising detailed projects, and coordinating talent to translate key goals into tangible results. Bob is recognized for his client-first attitude and approach. An avid music lover of many genres, you can often find Bob working with music playing in the background. Living in the Nashville area, Bob enjoys hiking, many sports, and spending time with family, friends and his pets.
James Kanuch is our Director of Project Management and a Senior Solutions Architect, designing solutions for clients and managing for successful project implementation. He has more than 22 years of consulting experience, with 15 years focused on Enterprise Asset Management. In that time, he has delivered projects in Transportation, Rail, Health Care, Automotive, Electric Transmission and Distribution, Aerospace, Water Distribution, Warehousing, Consumer Electronics, Heavy Equipment Manufacturing, Mining, and other industries, working with Enterprise Asset Management, Supply Chain Management, Sales Forecasting, Production Management, Sales and Operations Planning, and other business functions. He brings the benefit of this diverse background in crafting solutions for clients that can address their unique needs and in successfully managing projects in all types of client environments.
Brian Furniss, Principal Management Consultant, plays a key role in developing ZPro’s advisory services as relates to Transit Asset Management, supporting business development, work products, and client and industry engagements.
Brian joined ZPro Solutions in 2020. Prior to that Brian spent 17 years serving in North America’s largest public transit system, MTA NYC Transit, playing key roles within Buses and Subways O&M, Materiel and Supply Chain, Asset Management, and Capital Programs.
Farhan Tariq is a seasoned technical leader with 20+ years of experience. He has worked with topmost organizations by demonstrating in various enterprise solutions’ development and architecture. He has successfully led development teams and partnered cross-functionally in agile/scrum environments on projects from conception to execution. He is well skilled in balancing user feedback and technology trends with development quality and business objectives. Farhan is proficient and has hands-on in data management and analytics for providing insights to stakeholders and executives.
Mahwish Khan provides assistance and oversight to Accounting, HR, Business Development, Client Operations, Marketing, and recruitment efforts for ZPro. She plays a crucial role in analyzing financial reports to manage budget forecasts while providing strategies to streamline project management processes. She defines methods to facilitate operational efficiencies and optimize resource utilization.
She is a soccer player and has been playing for 13+ years. She has also been a certified referee volunteer in her local youth and adult soccer organizations for 7+ years. She is an avid reader and will often go through more than one book a day. She enjoys drawing, painting, and playing her concert and Indian flutes.
Micheal Chrisman has been doing EAM Integration development for over 16 years. Michael attended Wayland Baptist University and hold several professional certificates including DBA and Maximo Consultant. Michael is also a published author of Science Fiction and fantasy books. Michael believes that life is an adventure. Michael loves learning new things and mentoring fellow staff.
Akasha Akbar has the ability to manage confidential financial, legal, and other internal documents, overseas accounts, conduct analysis, and support the business with other tasks as required. She is detail-oriented, experienced, and quick-witted. Akasha has strong analytical skills and experience of using various financial, testing, and research tools. Performance-driven professional with a solid understanding of Business Requirements Gathering, Evaluating Data Sources, Translating Requirements into Specifications, Application Design. Strong understanding of IT Service Delivery in relation to Issue Management, Management Reporting, and Change Management. She has expertise in the software development life cycle (SDLC) framework like Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodology of managing projects. Akasha effectively collaborates and communicates product strategies to supply chain partners in a multicultural environment.
Ahsan Kazmi has been with the ZPro team as an application developer. Prior to joining ZPro, he mainly worked with IBM, McKesson, and the State of California as a Senior Developer. Ahsan has over 10 years of experience in Data Analytics in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, transportation, and finance. Ahsan has a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Research. In his free time, he enjoys enhancing his scope and refine his skills in various programming languages to better apply his technical skills.
Tom Boyce is a Technical/Functional Maximo Expert. Prior to joining ZPro Solutions as Solutions Architect, he worked with Maximo for 12 years with various companies including IBM, Cohesive Solutions, and Exxtreme Consulting. Prior to beginning Tom’s software career in 2003, he spent 14 years in manufacturing, mainly food processing, and 7 years as a Logistics and Maintenance Officer in the US Army.
Srirama Chekuri has over 15 years of experience in Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Maximo IT Service Management (ITSM). He has been involved in the technical delivery of large-scale initiatives within various sectors and extensively worked on Maximo Configurations, MBO Customizations, Integrations, and Maximo Upgrades. As a member of various consulting organizations, he has performed work in the following industries: Air Navigation Systems(ANS), Transportation, Oil and Gas, Power, Air Cargo Terminal, Ports, Pharmaceuticals etc. Srirama had also delivered several Maximo Training sessions while working as a Sr Consultant with IBM.
Munawer Khan currently manages and supports Maximo Asset Management Applications, P6, and EcoSys applications. He upgraded IBM Maximo Asset Management infrastructure in AWS at HSR. He is also an SME in Microsoft Azure, VMware vSphere 6.5, VMware Horizon View 7, Cisco UCS, Veaam backup, and SolarWinds. Prior to joining the ZPro team, Munawer previously worked at the Department of Managed Health Care for over 3 years and he also worked at Franklin Templeton Investment as a Senior System Engineer in IT Infrastructure for over 24 years.
Tim Schick provides extensive international experience managing Enterprise Asset Management software implementations. Hands-on experience in the equipment, work order, materials, purchase, budget, calibration and asset configuration management domains as well as the system configuration and set up of Business rules in Infor EAM.
Tim has been with EAM Consulting Inc. since 2020 and has been an Infor EAM consultant for the last 3 years and brings over 13 years experience working with Infor EAM including analytics, reporting and integration experience.
Tim enjoys a challenge and is always open to learning new technologies. He is always motivated to seek out the best possible solution to meet the client’s needs.
David Jones joined ZPro Solutions in September 2020 as a Senior Management Consultant and has U.S. Security Clearance. He brings over 25 years of executive experience, leadership, and continuous improvement as CFO, VP Supply Chain in both Direct and MRO asset-intensive industries. As an IBM and Infosys Principal Consultant in EAM, David specialized in working with Fortune 200 clients transitioning to new technologies by providing, strategies, processes, best practices, and analytics and how to successfully incorporate these new technologies improving business results or identifying and monetizing new business opportunities including IoT, AI, EAM, and Analytics.
Having worked across many asset-intensive industries like transportation, utilities, manufacturing/production, mining, oil & gas, chemical plants, health care, military assets, and IWMS real estate portfolios. He brings knowledge and experience to cross-pollinate and blend the best ideas across industries. Meeting clients’ expected results is his personal interest and it starts by identifying areas of economic value or opportunities.
Ashar Khan is a seasoned professional and Information Worker Solution Specialist with experience in building intranet & extranet portals for over 10 years using Microsoft SharePoint technologies involving highly complex customizations for enterprises in order to deliver specialized business outcomes. With a strong focus on .net frameworks using C# and a background in developing with Microsoft technologies I have developed various custom components and led complex deployments for SharePoint Server, Office 365, and Azure Cloud.
Ashar brings in a decade of experience in Software Development, Professional Consulting, Software Processes & Delivery Management, Information Worker Solutions, and cutting edge Web Marketing.
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Consultant, Patrick is a dependable, proven, team-oriented IT professional recognized for his attention to detail and for driving customer satisfaction. With heavy experience in IBM Maximo, Patrick brings focus and depth to understanding client challenges, standardizing practices, and achieving the most out of product offerings.
Patrick brings over 13 years of technical and functional competency in Maximo Supply Chain, Procurement Management, Asset Management, Work Management and Service Request Management. He leads numerous project teams aiming to achieve quick wins and lasting results. Pairing a keen understanding of change management concepts and IBM Maximo product capabilities, he has excelled in ensuring team success and stakeholder growth.
Patrick holds an Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology degree with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Houston.
Sajjad Hussain is a key member of our IT Ops Team, while also serving as a Maximo Technical consultant and Reports Developer.
Sajjad examines business requirements and provides technical details in design documents. He is a Senior Functional SME and Integration Technical Consultant. He further assists the team in designing, prototyping, and implementing integrations between Maximo and SAP.
Prior to joining ZPro, he spent 12 years working on Mobile app development for asset management, customization of in-house apps development and maintaining database operations.
Farheen Farhan supports all company operations by maintaining budgets, records, and completing special organizational projects. She prepares and monitors the budget by gathering and organizing financial information; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; implementing corrective actions. She actively coordinates outreach efforts with the business development team and reviews contract compliances. Farheen also manages all MBE, DBE, and SBE certifications and recertification across multiple States. She monitors and processes certification applications, expansion of services applications, annual certification review, and reassessment of requests in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations. She collaborates with multiple departments to ensure smooth operational support.
Jeff Gallegos is a certified Maximo professional with more than 15 years of experience working with a wide variety of organizations in both the public and private sector. Jeff has extensive experience with clients in the utilities, manufacturing, oil and gas, transportation and life sciences industries.
Jeff joined the ZPro Solutions team in 2021 to support the sales and business development organization and to utilize his project experience to continue to deliver high quality projects.
Jeff is committed to driving efficiencies and improving reliability for organizations. Jeff thrives in both the public and the private sector, partnering with companies to create long lasting relationships. Jeff has experience leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to challenging requirements. His previous experience includes roles in project management, business process re-engineering, management consulting and solution architecture and technical software implementations.
As an Idaho native, Jeff spends his time outside of work with his family on their farm training horses, fishing and exploring the great outdoors.
Henry Tsui joined ZPro Solutions as a Business Development Intern in June 2020. He assists the operations/ business admin team and helps out in multiple areas, such as RFPs, marketing, and partnerships. On August 2020, he was promoted as Proposal Coordinator and oversees the RFP department. He is in charge of finding new RFP opportunities and reaching out to consultants and partners. He is also responsible for organizing the entire RFP department while assisting in creating the best RFP response for ZPro.
Harsha Ramesh is a Business Intelligence enthusiast with hands on experience with IT Project Management, Data Modeling/Visualization, Systems Analysis, and Consulting. Utilizes research and critical thinking to identify, consult, analyze, and manage business needs. Serves high level leadership positions through passion, involvement, and innovation to produce efficient growth and impacr.
Harsha joined the ZPro Team as a Cross-Functional student intern. She has been instrumental in providing support to marketing, business development, business operations, and Human Resources.
Gurman Kaur is a Business Marketing student who recently got her bachelor’s degree. She has hands-on experience with social media marketing, professional sales, and consulting.
Gurman joined ZPro Solutions as a Business Development Intern in May 2021 and works closely with the marketing and sales teams. She can learn and thrive in fast-paced environments, is a team sport, and works with honesty and passion.
