Client Portfolio

California High-Speed Rail Authority

With our Prime, implementing Maximo gave CHSR the ability to create a creditable asset registry. This allowed all departments in the Authority to understand what assets were in the varying phases of construction or use. With most assets being civil in nature, the data allowed the Authority to better report to the Federal and State regulatory bodies. ZPro continues to support CHSR in use of Maximo to track inspections, maintenance and condition assessments to ensure compliance and reliability.

The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey

With our Prime, replacing a failing mainframe and the limitations of solutions it housed was critical for the Port Authority. With IBM Maximo, the Port Authority is implementing a strategic Enterprise Asset Management platform that adds many benefits for all line departments with no restrictions to the level of assets that can be managed. With updated Location Hierarchies, technicians can easily identify assets on work orders and more efficiently identify needs and costs. Standardizing processes and data structures at the enterprise level has improved accuracy in data access and regulated reporting, often providing information not previously available.

Chicago Metra

Updating Bridge Inspection processes and requirements leading to the technical design and development of the IBM Maximo and Maximo Anywhere mobile applications was critical for Chicago Metra. Solutions provided with our prime have given Inspectors the ability to perform more efficient Bridge Inspections in the field while collecting information on a real-time basis. The processes are being automated to provide required escalations and notifications to supervisory personnel when conditions are out of tolerance levels. The improved information capture also assists Metra in providing more efficient and accurate data for NTD Reporting.

California DMV

ZPro Solutions team is developing a data infrastructure for DMV’s Investigations Division to enhance the way it currently conducts business. In addition, we are providing direction and promoting the use of emergent technologies to analyze multiple data sets in the current environment, create models to seek fraudulent patterns, and establish business practices.

American Red Cross

ZPro Solutions is providing support to the Red Cross in maintaining their Maximo 7.5 system on a daily basis. We are providing training to the Red Cross technical team and their system administrators to allow them to be more involved and able to take full ownership of their system in the future.

Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA)

ZPro is assisting with an overall maintenance assessment, interviews, and associated documentation effort. The team is leading the effort in two critical business units to analyze, document, recommend, deploy and monitor maintenance efficiencies. Maintenance improvements will result in positive feedback. The results are based on the initial analysis performed and recommendations made resulting in cost savings to the WMATA organization. Working under the direction of our prime, WSP, the ZPro team has made recommendations that will have the potential to save WMATA roughly $250 million.

ZPro Solutions provides support to Entergy in maintaining their Maximo 7.6 system daily. PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) subcontracted us to provide a solution architect in distribution, work management, fleet, gas, and transmission to their client, Entergy. ZPro jumped into an in-progress distribution project in August 2019, released a few months later in October 2019. Then, we transitioned to fleet and gas in February 2020, which was released in December 2020, completing the entire phase two. Phase three, transmission, began in October 2020 and is currently still in the works. Additionally, we are now supporting PwC with modification to the fleet services application/module and working hand-in-hand with IBM implementation of AMI (Automated Meter Infrastructure).
