Maintenance and Reliability Services
1. Master Asset List (MAL) Development
Asset and location data collection and standardization aligned with industry best practices such as ISO-55000. Development of failure codes to collect asset failure data to conduct the appropriate improvement activities. EAM system data uploads and updates.
2. Asset Criticality and Risk Assessment
Our engineers will work with you to define the best Criticality and Risk model for your operation to categorize all MAL assets. The criticality and risk will determine the appropriate maintenance strategy moving forward.
3. Maintenance Strategy Optimization
The Criticality and Risk Assessment will be key to determine the best maintenance strategy for your assets. This activity will apply a variety of techniques to enhance the maintenance strategies provided by the OEM and will recommend the application of complementary technologies for assets that are critical to the operation.
4. Bill of Material Development
Our process uses the Criticality and Risk of the asset to identify which assets need a comprehensive Bill of Materials definition. This information is very important to assist Maintenance Planners with the identification of the right parts and materials needed for optimized maintenance.
5. Critical Spare Program Development
Having an effective Critical Spares program is fundamental to ensure critical asset downtime is minimized. Critical Spares require supply chain continuity with planning horizon and notification of obsolescence risks to support reliability and maintain throughput and quality.
6. Reliability Analytics
Maintenance and Reliability programs are constantly evolving and improving. To understand if the program is being effective, it is important to define a series of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics that will be used to confirm whether the program is trending in the right direction. Our Engineers will recommend some of the industry standard KPIs and metrics and will work with you to adapt these tools to meet the needs of your operation. Our Engineers will work with you to analyze Bad Actors and conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis when appropriate.
