Zeeshan Tariq
Chief Executive Officer

Zeeshan has over 22 years of reputable experience in the field of Enterprise Asset Management and Information Technology. As the CEO of ZPro Solutions, he enables his team to discover their strengths and excel collaboratively.  Zeeshan founded ZPro Solutions (Previously known as ZproCis Solutions) in 2016 by forming an alliance between his company EAM Consulting and CrossRhodes Consulting.  As a Senior Architect, Zeeshan has been involved in many comprehensive Enterprise Asset Management initiatives within both public and private sectors. He also maintains proficiency in many aspects of functional and technical client support from Project Planning to Support phases. His leadership and depth of expertise extend across various industries: transportation, IT, aerospace, power generation, utilities, water, pharmaceutical, and manufacture.

Zeeshan enjoys meeting new people from all walks of life around the world and discovering new business ventures while developing long-lasting friendships. He is a foodie at heart and loves to travel. He has visited 48 U.S. states and has lived in 8 of those.

Michael Hanscom
Chief Technology Officer

Michael Hanscom carries over 2 decades of experience as a Senior Program/Project Manager for many large-scale projects. As the ZPro Solution’s Chief Technology Officer, Michael Hanscom leads our teams of Senior Technical Consultants to achieve project goals and exceed client expectations. He has performed work in the following maintenance industries: Rail, Highway, airports, power generation, water and gas agencies, facilities management, and discrete manufacturing. His strong and commendable leadership skills make him a vital asset to the ZPro Solutions team. He also plays a prominent role in guiding ZPro Solutions to develop policies, procedures, and innovative strategies to increase revenue and pave the way to success.

Michael enjoys spending quality time with his family. Whether it’s heading down an open road in the RV for a family road trip or bringing out his crafty sides for making decorative woodwork from reclaimed pallets with his wife. But the most important job he loves is being a father, grandfather, teacher, coach, referee, band/choir booster, and confidant to his incredibly talented children.

Michael Chrisman
Integration EAM Consultant

Michael has been with ZPro for 2 years as a Senior Integration EAM Consultant. He has been doing EAM Integration development for over 16 years. Michael attended Wayland Baptist University and hold several professional certificates including DBA and Maximo Consultant. Michael is also a published author of Science Fiction and fantasy books. Michael believes that life is an adventure. Michael loves learning new things and mentoring fellow staff.

Farheen Farhan
Compliance Manager

Farheen has been with ZPro for over 3 years. As the Compliance Manager, Farheen supports all company operations by maintaining budgets, records, and completing special organizational projects. She prepares and monitors the budget by gathering and organizing financial information; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; implementing corrective actions. She actively coordinates outreach efforts with the business development team and reviews contract compliances. Farheen manages all MBE, DBE, and SBE certifications and recertification across multiple States. She monitors and processes certification applications, expansion of services applications, annual certification review, and reassessment of requests in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations. She collaborates with multiple departments to ensure smooth operational support. Before joining ZPro, she was a Financial Analyst at a banking institution. Farheen completed her Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance.
She enjoys spending quality time cooking with her family with the help of her kids. Farheen’s exemplary leadership resonates with her belief that “Coming together is the beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.” – Henry Ford.

Chris Rhodes
Chief Strategic Officer

As the Chief Strategic Officer of ZPro Solutions, Chris Rhodes provides oversight to the organizational structure while driving robust initiatives. He leads our administrative and executive staff to unify the diverse capabilities into enhancing the company brand. He administers new business opportunities and helps our Client Operations teams fosters new business relations and alliances. Mr. Rhodes has over 25 years of professional experience in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) as a Principal Consultant and Project Manager. Prior to being a co-founder of ZPro Solutions, Chris Rhodes was a former CEO of CrossRhodes Consulting. He has been involved in managing enterprise asset management initiatives for many prominent projects in both public and private sectors. Chris Rhodes enjoys golfing at its leisure time. He would not mind opening a food truck one day to share his delectable cooking skills with the community. He also has an eye for creativity with designing pens made of exotic wood.

Munawer Khan
Middleware Administrator

Mr. Munawer has been with ZPro for about 6 months. He currently Manages and Supports Maximo Asset Management Applications, P6, and EcoSys applications. He upgraded IBM Maximo Asset Management infrastructure in AWS at HSR. He is also an SME in Microsoft Azure, VMware vSphere 6.5, VMware Horizon View 7, Cisco UCS, Veaam backup, and SolarWinds. Prior to joining the ZPro team, Munawer previously worked at the Department of Managed Health Care for over 3 years and he also worked at Franklin Templeton Investment as a Senior System Engineer in IT Infrastructure for over 24 years.

Scott Schilling
Director of Business Development and Marketing

Scott has over 20 years specializing in asset management across multiple industries. Scott has held the positions as Program Manager, Account Manager, Inventory Program Engineer as well as Training Specialist working with several large national and international organizations. His last 10 years have been focused on the evergrowing mobility market with a successful mobile computing company providing mobile solutions supporting work management, inventory optimization, and asset management.

Scott focus has been in marketing Maximo Support and creating reputable end-user groups throughout California as well as Texas and Hawaii. He organized, facilitated, and participated as a presenter and sponsor at these and several other user groups and conferences across the country both regionally and nationally.

In his spare time, Scott enjoys working his small vineyard farm. He is actively involved in music with his local band for many year. He also has passion for cars. He enjoys working on his 33 Ford truck, building performance engines.

Harsha Ramesh
Data Analytics Consultant

Harsha joined the ZPro Team as a Cross Functional student intern. She has been instrumental in provide support to marketing, business development, business operations, and HR. She is also a dedicated student eager to learn EAM from our valued mentors and resources.
Harsha is a current sophomore at Georgia State University, majoring in Computer information System with a intended double concentration in Data Analytics and Cyber Security.
Harsha is a Business Intelligence enthusiast with hands on experience with IT Project Management, Data Modeling/Visualization, Systems Analysis, and Consulting. Utilizes research and critical thinking to identify, consult, analyze, and manage business needs. Serves high level leadership positions through passion, involvement, and innovation to produce efficient growth and impact.
In her free time, Harsha enjoys experimenting cooking different recipes as she is a big foodie!
Harsha believes that “six months of hard work and focus can put you five years ahead in life”.

Andrew Tess
Senior Technical/ Functional Consultant

Andrew provides Subject Matter Expertise on Maximo, Usage and Organizational adoption. He has been with ZPro Solutions since 2019 and brings almost two decades of IT experience and over a decade of Enterprise Asset and Maximo Experience.
Andy Graduated from UC San Diego with degrees in Bioengineering and Latin American Studies. He holds Advance Deployment and Solution Advisor certifications for Maximo and has been a speaker at many Maximo Conferences over the past decade.

He enjoys life in San Diego, CA and loves sharing about the great weather. Andy has been to all 7 continents and is now focusing on seeing more of each.
Andy is inspired by seeing people perform at their best and is driven to enable them to do so.

Henry Tsui
Proposal Coordinator

Henry Tsui joined ZPro Solutions as a Business Development student intern in June 2020. He assists and works with multiple areas, such as marketing, business operations, and business development. Also, he is interested in learning about ZPro’s asset management software, Maximo.

While interning, Henry is a rising junior at the University of California, Riverside as a business major with a double concentration in finance and information systems. Henry is heavily interested in stock investment while pushing himself by learning programming languages on the side. During school time, he is a campus ambassador for a green tech platform that helps reduce the carbon footprint of the university. He enjoys being a leader to help out his community and shows dedication and passion while doing so.

In his spare time, Henry enjoys playing many sports, such as basketball and baseball, and is a huge Bay Area sports fan. He loves to work out at least five days a week and believes that “if you feel well, you do well.” Besides exercising, Henry enjoys going on food and boba adventures with his friends and having movie nights with his family.

Ahsan Kazmi
Technical Consultant/Developer & Data Analyst

Ahsan has been with ZPro for over a year as an application developer. Prior to joining ZPro, he mainly worked with IBM, McKesson, and the State of California as a Senior Developer. Ahsan has over 10 years of experience in the Data Analytics in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, transportation, and finance.
Ahsan has a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Research. In his free time, he enjoys enhancing his scope and refine his skills in various programming languages to better apply his technical skills.
Ahsan is inspired by challenges and determining a solutions to overcome those challenges. He is motivated by productivity and efficiency. One of his favorite quotes from his icon Dwayne Johnson, “Success isn’t always about ‘Greatness’, it’s about consistency. Consistent, hard work gains success. Greatness will come.”

James Kanuch
Senior Solutions Architect

James Kanuch is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Solutions Architect, designing solutions for clients and managing for successful project implementation. He has more than 22 years of consulting experience, with 15 years focused on Enterprise Asset Management. In that time he has delivered projects in Transportation, Rail, Health Care, Automotive, Electric Transmission and Distribution, Aerospace, Water Distribution, Warehousing, Consumer Electronics, Heavy Equipment Manufacturing, Mining and other industries, working with Enterprise Asset Management, Supply Chain Management, Sales Forecasting, Production Management, Sales & Operations Planning, and other business functions. He brings the benefit of this diverse background in crafting solutions for clients that can address their unique needs, and in successfully managing projects in all types of client environments.

James holds degrees in Psychology, Computer Science, and Operations Research, and in his free time likes spending time with his family and pets, playing guitar, writing, and learning. He greatly enjoys helping people and clients to achieve success — especially when they don’t expect it. In a different life he may have ended up as a college professor, since he loves teaching and opening up people’s eyes to things they didn’t know.

Nick Gamertsfelder
Senior EAM Consultant/ Project Manager

Nick has over 16 years of extensive experience in the field of Enterprise Asset Management and Information Technology. As the Operations Manager for ZPro Solutions, he assists with managing day-to-day operations pertaining to Human Resources and Accounting, and also assists with overseeing all Client/Customer operations while meeting their requirements and exceeding expectations. Over the course of his career he has worked with clients all across the US and abroad. His travels have taken him to 43 our of the 50 US states and hopes to one-day knock the other 7 off of the list. Nick has an extensive diversified background and has filled the technical, functional, and project manager roles for multiple projects for many years. He has a passion for helping others grow personally and professionally and at one time was a teacher. His passion for teaching, helping others, and for engineering is the reason he entered into the career of being a Professional EAM Consultant.

Nick is an Ambassador for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and does large speaking/promotional events on their behalf. He has had the privilege and pleasure of helping 6 children make their wishes come true. He is passionate about family, enjoys golfing, and also building large elaborate LEGO creations.

Mahwish Khan
Operations Manager

Mahwish (meh-vish) joined the ZPro Team in 2019 as a Business Operations Analyst and was soon promoted to Operations Manager. She provides direct oversight to Accounting, HR, Business Development, Client Operations, Marketing, and recruitment efforts. She plays a crucial role in analyzing financial reports to manage budgets forecasts while providing strategies to streamline project management processes. She defines methods to facilitate operational efficiencies and optimize resource utilization.
She brings over 7 years of experience in business operations and customer service. Mahwish completed her bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University of East Bay.
On her spare time, she enjoys learning new work-related skills. She also enjoys experimenting for her book of food recipes.
Mahwish believes it is important to be resilient and optimistic as a leader, in order to seek opportunities among challenges. “You learn more from failure than from success. Do not let it stop you. Failure builds character”

Alex McCracken
Director of Operations

Alex is the Director of Operations and guides all aspects of the company’s operations. She is also an experienced senior project manager who has led teams of up to 250 project members. Alex has 21 years of experience in allocating resources and managing multimillion-dollar budgets. She is dedicated to recruiting, hiring, and developing strong personnel to create productive work environments where individuals can reach their full potential. Alex has an MBA and has served on several Advisory Boards. She proudly served on a variety of educational Advisory Boards including the Cosumnes River College Internship Advisory Board.
In her spare time, Alex enjoys hanging out with her two dogs and playing tennis with close friends. She believes that imagination should be the driving force in life. Alex enjoys nudging employees and clients out of the comfort zone and then celebrating when they reach their goals.

Tom Boyce
Senior Maximo Consultant

Tom Boyce is a Technical/Functional Maximo Consultant, He has been with ZPRO Solutions for approximately 10 months. Prior to joining ZPRO Solutions, he worked with Maximo for 12 years with various companies including IBM, Cohesive Solutions and Exxtreme Consulting. Prior to beginning Tom’s software career in 2003, he spent 14 years in manufacturing, mainly food, and 7 years as a logistics and maintenance officer in the US Army.

Tom graduated from University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1981 with a BS in Agriculture and from AIU Dunwoody in 2004 with a Master of Information Technology. Tom has achieved certifications in Facilitation, Six-Sigma Yellow belt, Statistical Process Control, Presentation Skills and Maximo 7.1 Deployment Professional.

Tom is certified as both a Recreational and Technical SCUBA instructor and taught Red Cross First Aid and CPR classes for 12 years including CPR for the professional. Tom’s current hobbies include camping/hiking, rifle target shooting and survival skill development. Tom is very active in the church where he is an adult bible teacher and part of the A/V team.

Tom is inspired by God. He knows that his performance is to the Glory of God and to do less than his best would be unacceptable.

Srirama Chekuri
Senior Maximo Architect

Mr. Srirama has over 15 years of experience in Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Maximo IT Service Management (ITSM). He has been involved in the technical delivery of large-scale initiatives within various sectors and extensively worked on Maximo Configurations, MBO Customizations, Integrations, and Maximo Upgrades. As a member of various consulting organizations, he has performed work in the following industries: Air Navigation Systems(ANS), Transportation, Oil and Gas, Power, Air Cargo Terminal, Ports, Pharmaceuticals etc. Srirama had also delivered several Maximo Training sessions while working as a Sr Consultant with IBM.

Mr. Srirama has a Bachelor of Engineering degree and achieved certifications as a Maximo Solutions advisor and Maximo Deployment Professional in V6, V7.1, and V7.6. Srirama has experience with CMS implementations and is a Certified Adobe Experience Manager Lead Developer. He loves to travel to new places. Srirama continuously tries to improve his technical skills by learning new technologies.

Sajjad Hussain
Technical Consultant

Sajjad has been with the team for two years as a Maximo Technical consultant and Reports Developer. Sajjad examines business requirements and provides technical details in a design document. He is a Senior Functional SME and Integration Technical Consultant. He further assists the team in designing, prototyping, and implementing integrations between Maximo and SAP. Prior to joining ZPro, he spent 12 years he worked on Mobile apps development for asset management, customization of in-house apps development and maintaining database operations.

Sajjad graduated from the University of Sindh Jamshoro Hyderabad Sindh Pakistan with computer science. In his leisure time, Sajjad enjoys learning more job-related skills expanding his scope. He also enjoys training and advising other technical resources. Working on complex business requirements and turning it into effective solutions it inspires Sajjad. Providing deliverables and solutions to clients ahead of deadlines is what motivates Sajjad.

Ashar Khan
Software Business and Technology Professional

Ashar is a seasoned professional and Information Worker Solution Specialist with experience of building intranet & extranet portals for over 10 years using Microsoft SharePoint technologies involving highly complex customizations for enterprises in order to deliver specialized business outcomes. With strong focus on .net frameworks using C# and background in developing with Microsoft technologies I have developed various custom components and led complex deployments for SharePoint Server, Office 365 and Azure Cloud.
Ashar brings in a decade of experience in Software Development, Professional Consulting, Software Processes & Delivery Management, Information Worker Solutions and cutting edge Web Marketing.
He enjoys solving real life business problems by providing and implementing solutions using state of the art technologies, architectures and lifecycle management.

Akasha Akbar
Senior Business Analyst

Farhan Tariq
Sr. Manager for Data Analytics and Development Services

Farhan Tariq is seasoned Technical Leader with 20+ years of experience worked with topmost organization in past by demonstrating in various enterprise solutions’ development and architecture. He has successfully led development teams and partnered cross-functionally in agile/scrum environment on projects from conception to execution. He is well skilled in balancing with user feedback and technology trends with development quality and business objectives.
Farhan is proficient and has hands-on in data management and analytics for providing insights to stakeholders and executives.

Susan Zurilgen
Business Operations Support Specialist

Susan Zurilgen joined ZPro Solutions in September 2020 as a Business Operations Support Specialist. She is focused on supporting cross-function teams to increase productivity through process improvements. Susan brings over 20 years of experience in business and sales operations. Results focused, customer service oriented, innovative professional with proven results in sales management, problem solving, process design and improvement to meet business needs. Susan is well-regarded for her energetic and intuitive approach to process development. She prides herself in knowing what people need before they know they need it.

In her spare time, Susan enjoys hiking, spending time with her family and two dogs and exploring Idaho in the RV.

Susan thrives on setting goals and achieving results. She gets up every morning hoping to tackle a new challenge and make a difference in the world.
